War, it destroys nature, cities, nations and most of all people. War must be the last resort when it comes to resolving conflicts between nations. As the infamous quote says
“War does not determine winners. It only determines who is left.”
Terrorism has become a concern for the world. Countries across the globe are combating terrorism of some form or the other. However, the question which pops up in our minds while discussing terrorism is, “what is terrorism?” Different countries have different definitions of terrorism. Hence when it comes to combating it, there are times when countries are unable to cooperate with each other simply because their notion of terrorism something completely different.

To understand this conflict let us take an example from history.
Bhagat Singh was an Indian nationalist who fought for the independence of India. He carried out various violent attacks against the British administration in India which included the bombing of the central assembly. For the Indian people Bhagat Singh is a ‘freedom fighter.’ Whereas the British Government had labelled him as a terrorist.
